Open Tab
Podcast - Substack
Substack’s flagship podcast, Open Tab, is a show filmed in a bar of the guest’s choosing. This presented various production challenges, but my main goal was to light and shoot it to make it feel like we were in that specific space, and not some studio designed to look like a bar. Due to this, it has an energy to it that I think is missing from most podcast productions.
credits: director of photography (two pilot episodes), editor (all episodes)
